Cleaning, Counting and Converting Text
The text tools fall into three groups: counting, cleaning and converting. To check an essay limit or a social post, paste it into the Word Counter, which also estimates reading time. To tidy messy data, Remove Duplicate Lines and the Whitespace Remover are good first stops.
Converting covers both layout and style. The List Converter turns a column of values into a comma-separated line, a JSON array or a SQL IN clause. That saves retyping when you move data from a spreadsheet into code. The Case Converter switches between Title Case, camelCase, snake_case and more.
Some tools serve special uses. The Text to NATO Alphabet tool spells out names and booking codes as Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, which helps on a bad phone line. The Numeronym Generator makes short forms such as i18n and k8s. The String Obfuscator disguises text with ROT13, Base64, lookalike characters or hidden zero-width characters. None of these are encryption, so do not use them to protect secrets.
