Every converter here runs in your browser, so your spreadsheets, archives and documents stay on your device. CSV is plain text with commas between values, while .xlsx is the Excel workbook format. The CSV to Excel Converter creates an .xlsx file from CSV data. The Excel to CSV Converter goes the other way and lets you pick which sheet to export.

For archives, the ZIP Creator bundles several files into one download. The ZIP Extractor lists every file and folder in an archive and lets you save one file or all of them. Password-protected ZIP files are not supported.

For documents, the Word to Text Extractor pulls plain text out of .docx files. That helps when you want to paste the words into another app without the formatting. It does not read older .doc files.
